What we collect and why

If registration is open, we collect your name, work email, company and annual RFP volume, plus any optional role, challenge or message, and your request to join the pilot. We use these details to respond to your pilot sign-up, assess fit and arrange onboarding discussions. Separate optional consent governs product updates and commercial offers.

We record submission times, consent wording and preference history. For abuse prevention we briefly store a one-way digest derived from network information and time; it is removed after its short rate-limit window. Hosting infrastructure may maintain security and operational logs.

Service providers and processing

The website is hosted on Railway. Lead records are stored in a database on a persistent storage volume. Authorized hosting and infrastructure providers process information to operate the site. We use Railway and its infrastructure providers to host this website and store submissions. Information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States.

This website does not use advertising pixels, session replay, email-open tracking or third-party font requests. We do not send submitted form information to AI models for training.

Retention and safeguards

We review research enquiries after 12 months and delete or anonymize information no longer needed. Minimal consent and unsubscribe records are retained as needed to respect your preferences. Consent evidence and minimal suppression records may need different retention periods to demonstrate consent and respect withdrawal requests.

Access to lead records is restricted to authorized operators. No lead list is exposed publicly. We use encrypted transport and platform storage controls. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional. You may withdraw from commercial emails using Email preferences, or contact us. Withdrawal does not prevent responding to a separate service request you choose to make. Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent or raise a privacy complaint.

External links and pilot discussions

External websites and scheduling services have their own privacy practices. Initial conversations do not require confidential proposals. We will request separate permission before recording a conversation or publicly identifying a participant.
